Privacy notice
This notice describes how Nodus Energy handles personal data you send when requesting a proposal. It is short and factual: the public site does not list a tax ID or street address, and we do not invent them here.
Controller
The controller is Nodus Energy. To exercise your rights or ask about this notice, write to santiago@nodus.energy.
Data we collect
From the proposal form: company name, contact person, email address, location or state, lines of interest (solar, BESS, cogeneration) and, if you attach it, the calculator estimate. This site does not ask for a phone number or identity documents.
Purpose
We use that data only to answer proposal requests: to contact you, send a summary of the estimate and, if relevant, arrange an energy audit at your company. We do not use it for third-party marketing or for profiling unrelated to that request.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form, under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulation.
Transfers
We do not sell your data. Processors strictly needed to run the site and email (hosting and the form) may handle it. No other transfers are described on this site.
ARCO rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and revoke consent, by writing to santiago@nodus.energy. We will handle the request within the time limits set by law. Identify yourself reasonably in the email so we can find your record.
Retention
We keep the request as long as needed to answer it and for reasonable follow-up on that same proposal. If you ask for cancellation, we will action it unless a legal duty prevents immediate deletion.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will publish it at this URL: https://nodus.energy/en/privacy/. The Spanish version at /aviso-de-privacidad/ is the primary text for LFPDPPP.
